

MICROSOFT EXPERIENCE CENTERS

As Creative Director and Art Director for the Microsoft Experience Centers, I drew on my years in the gaming and entertainment industry to elevate visual storytelling across every touchpoint. Partnering with world‑class studios such as OLV, Moment Factory, and Synect—along with an incredible internal team (cheers to Tina, Al, Cody, Nate, Samuel, and Bryant)—we transformed the visual language of the Experience Centers across digital videowalls, signage, attract loops, and print.
Our work played a major role in flagship Microsoft Store openings and in shaping core campaigns including Surface, Office, Holiday, Back to School, and key gaming moments for Halo, Ori, and Gears of War.
Designing for a space as unique as the Experience Centers allowed us to push brand storytelling further than traditional channels. By blending large‑scale digital displays with print, motion design, and environmental storytelling, we created immersive, memorable experiences that brought Microsoft’s products and worlds to life for millions of customers.
