VIDEO WALL EXPERIENCES

As the Creative Director and Art Director for Microsoft stores, I leveraged my many years in the gaming and entertainment industry to upscale and lift the visuals for Microsoft physical stores.  Using my leadership skills, storytelling abilities, animation principles and core visual understanding, I was able to have a major impact on major Microsoft campaigns like Surface, Teams, Office and first party launches.

CAMPAIGNS

As the Creative Director and Art Director for Microsoft stores, I not only lead, inspired and managed teams across digital videowall experiences.  I also helped bring those campaigns to life through a more physical approach, from display activations, small level signage applications, and store window displays and events.  These campaigns also stretched outside of physical stores, to online campaigns and social marketing.

Here are a few examples of those campaigns.

Part of the creative process is going through an ideation phase, pulling as many ideas as possible together and using concept and storytelling to land on something that is compelling, catches consumers attention and drives them towards purchase.  Here are some examples of concept to 3D integration before final execution.

Threading campaigns with partnerships is also part of the process, and you can see where the Back to School campaign and our Herschel partnership merged creative.

INNOVATION

As the Creative Director and Art Director for Microsoft stores, one of the areas of innovation was finding ways to improve our process for creative reviews.  From an old labor-intensive process to a virtual tool within Unreal that allowed all keyholders to review from anywhere and allow the creative team to execute campaigns sets before committing to large spend.
